The Li-Ion slide-in battery pack ECP (with electronic cell protection) and LZA (charge level indicator) provides battery power without memory and lazy battery effects. ECP enables electronic monitoring of the cells in the battery. This automatically reduces the output power in the device in the event of overload, overheating or deep discharge. The LZA informs the user how much power is available by displaying the charge level. The battery also has a low self-discharge rate. After 30 days of inactivity, the battery level is still 96% of the nominal capacity. It is compatible with Bosch’s 18 V cordless power tools from the tradesman’s range for slide-in batteries.

The 18 V Li-Ion plug-in battery pack ECP is only suitable for Li-Ion tools from the tradesman’s range of the same voltage class.
